Young and old staff good combination. Efficient employees.

Bad design. This is the best way to describe it. There is little understanding of how to use space. Always only one counter is working for withdrawal/deposit. There is this useless and ancient token system at play. Waste of space in terms of how the bank is planned. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.

Co operating staff, branch location easily accessible, reachable

Very bad attitude of staff ,they just don't want to work .Every time Atm machine problem is there.wirst service.

Worst bank got 500 torn Note from their ATM and then they refuse to change the cashier is also very rude

Not good experience with BOM. Should be upgrade Customer service and relationship as well. Attitude staff. No co-operative and informative while talking infront of.

Worst service i visited twice for the ATM service but my issue is not resolved as I have to come in my office time then to they are telling to come at Monday as they are not provide contact no of branch worst service improve your service. It's really needed I have other account also in other bank they are so good in service and you gyz are has so worst service provider.
