Good SBI Branch

I have visited for netbanking related issue, 11th window person asked me to fill one form and submit it on 8th no window, person here goes to lunch stating I will do it once lunch is done....story continues, just after 15 minutes lady comes and did attained my form after attaining multiple forms and requests that have received after me. Yes, issue resolved after 30 minutes.

Don't believe branch have come this far with such kind of attitude.

I have given my ppf form in last 2 weeks but still not opened this ppf account. If you go to apply online, the website is not working there. There is no contact either. sbi bank does not support anything.

This bank is very popular in wagle estate Thane, overall the bank is good and the maintenance is also nice.but the staff are not so good they don't have manners how to behave like humans they are only talking very rudely. If you guys come to here for any purpose so kindly request to you all don't come here on "FRIDAY" because there are many people are come for the deposit money 💸💸💰 and other work. In wagle estate there are mostly industry are here so the holidays of people are on Friday so the people are come here mostly on Friday. Overall the bank 🏦 is good and there are many facilities that you can get here. There are 4 machine for depositing the money 💰💰 any 2 ATM machine. Because of these facilities the crowd is very high in these bank almost 80% people are go for machine for depositing there money 💰. But sometimes the deposit machine are not working they show no internet 😂 or server down. And rest of the people are go for the counter. We all are know how the state Bank of India are work, very slowly slowly. If you guys are want to come here from the thane railway station by public transport then you will come from by bus.
the bus number is 78 wagle aagar from Thane to wagle aagar they will only charge ₹13 by bus. Or if your wish is to come here from rikshaw 🛺🛺 then the only fair is almost 60-70 rupees only. And that time please carry your own pen 😂 no one will give you. And carry your face mask also.

I went here for some joining formalities, some of the staff was really nice and some were so rude, there's a huge building of SBI near Wagle circle.

3 commute options available, direct auto riksha from thane station which costs around 50 to 70 rs, sharing auto riksha from thane station costing 20 rs or there's a facility of bus which costs around 13 Rs and drops you at the wagle circle directly.

This SBI branch is inside Dosti Pinnacle building.It’s big , neat & clean with ample parking space . There is lot of space inside branch to complete documentation work . Staff & people are very supportive. Our work was done easily without any waiting time .

Worst customer support ever..
Ladies behind customer service counter seems so much uninterested for solving any problems. She was so slow and so many wrong advices i don't know how they get there job.
Went there for a simple current account checkup took 2 hours and still no work done by customer support.
