SBI Hiranandani branch is just terrible. I am rating it 1 star because there is no lower number!

The branch never picks up the phone. In the rare case that it answers the phone, the issue will not be resolved. Cannot do anything if its an emergency. You have to go there personally twice! to get any work done.
As for the staff, some are ok some are rude. Attitude is a big problem when it comes to helping customers. Like you go to ICICI bank, the very next gala, the service is 10/10 , SBI on the other hand its 2/10
The management is pathetic. Long ques, machines not working, the regular scenario in a government office.
I definitely suggest getting net banking, half your work can be done yourself.
Hope the SBI management improves 🤞

I am very happy with car loan service of SBI Hiranandani Estate branch. Their proactive approach was admirable, they disbursed the loan amount in less than 3 hours span and all was possible because of Mr. Aasif, really thankful to him, he helped in all the steps and made all procedure smooth. Thank you Aasif and team SBI, keep it up!

Recently i visited sbi hiranandani estate branch for account maintanance. But sbi staff was go for lunch at 2.30 and came at 3:35. The official time for bank lunch is half an hour but he came late. The RBI rule has no official lunch time if staff was go for anyreason on working hour they should attnd other staff for service

Very sad experience. Branch do not pick up any call. Customer care gave me alternate Branch number which doesn't even have all digits and said this is what their database has and I need to keep trying this number. Branch timing, phone numbers all incorrect on internet.

Nice and helpful staff. Token system.is very helpful and keeps customers aware of how much time they need to wait. Only complain would be the adjoining ATM Machine which is most of times not working.
