Such a worst service I received from this bank. They don't even have a good customer relationship service and give more importance for there personal talk,don't even mind a customer is infront of them. It took 3 hrs and half hours to transfer my tuition fee after their foolish talks. The attitude they show is like we came to ask money from respective person. But understand you people get salary based on our deposits and loans. The person who is in documentation and two staffs in reimbursement session, one is a lady and other is a north india, I felt the worst attitude. As a reputed bank in Indian kindly give some training to your employees for customer satisfaction.

For a hospital emergency I called them almost 50 times no response

No responsibility neither a good behaviour
Only they have attitude to show
Really shame on the entire sbi management that after getting so much of complaints and bad reviews
No one is to look after into the issues of the customers. I hold other bank accounts too
But never seen such unsystematic and irresponsible way of approach
Really shame at least show some professionalism

The customer care of the bank is very bad no matter how many times we call there they don't pick up the phone there is a staff there whose name is Milan Mathew , his bad service

If your loan is processing at Aluva RASMECC, there is a high chance that you will think about commit suicide day-in day-out.

The best customer service bank in SBI for the past 10 years in my life. But in these days bank staff showing no value for customer in my experience . Delay in all works. Even no one attending the phone if we call for any emergency.

I had very bad experience with them.They treat us very badly.i just taken all my files from there The man whonis in the sanction section of education loan was very uncooperative.i want to complaint his attitude.He just increasey tension and said that he will never sanction my loan in the proper time.In my perspective we don't want to request this much to them because they are just living with our money.commonly bank charge a huge amount as processing fee then why they treat the customers like this. my file was there for almost 11 days they never opened until I reached there.so i suggest you all to please never gobthere and never believe their false promises.

Such a useless customer support they have!! Contact number available in google is always busy and never attend customer calls. Very much unhappy with the banking service they offer .
