CANARA BANK - BENGALURU KENGERI SATELLITE TOWN

Unprofessional staff and poor service. Even the security guard of this bank bosses over the customers. The staff quality is very bad. The ATM attached to this branch also is bad. The facilities in this ATM remain out of order or carry " No Cash" board at least for 2 days in a week. The cash depositing machine inside the branch premises remains permanently out of order.
I am an Ex employee of the bank and I pity the pathetic service quality of the branch.

This is most of the very very worst bank and bank staff is very very poor and unfit the job am comming today 11: 00 am but still not response in eny one staff my question. Sfatts lunch timings is 1 hour 30 minutes . This bank is very worst bank . Am comming in RTGS purpose still not complete the txan .

Worst experience ever. Just to fetch an account statement, I had to run behind them. There is no online option where we could fetch the statement. So I emailed the request to branch manager, who is least bothered to reply even after contineous reminders for 3 months. There is nobody to respond to phone calls as well.. WORST BRANCH EVER.

Most worst branch I have ever visited till now.No response from staffs.I suggest anyone not to go there for anything.

They redirect customers from one counter to other counter for every small task and customers to come another day even if they are senior citizens. Typical government service .

Staff are not helpful.. just make us keep roaming. No value for others time though much explaining about our jobs seriousness they don't understand.. I think they need to be educated about saving customer's time. They even don't have courtesy to call and inform about the delay or what's wrong in transactions until and unless we visit there they doesn't inform us again wasting time...

Came to open account No proper response from staff busy with their mobiles they can easily say you can visit other branch near Ambekar college
Very poor service they react as if they are doing some Favour

Especially in this particular Canara Bank all employees are 55 years crossed and almost near to 60 years they don’t know how to behave with the customers, only shouting with customer.

I saw Few employees here were struggle to use computer.

From this old people what service we can except.

These employees come to bank to timepass not to help account holders.

Instead of this branch we can go with other Canara Bank Branch.
