State Bank of India

As of my experience it was bad and sad, since sbi banks are bank of india but here, staff response to people is poor. Quietly unexpecting because they work to help and guide them and mainly what I found is people who visit their has a bad opinion about the service and they feel staff find a reason to take break (power, server slow). Its a crowded place and they know how many people visit everyday and can you believe passbook printing machine is only one to the entire block. This sbi (idk other sbi branch) service- seriously need an upgrade. I can say this since I waited for 2hrs by looking at people faces and reactions lol.

Great bank, but there is que in rush hours.
And it takes alot of time there standing.

It is a new location. Staff is very courteous. Well maintained branch.

Nice building and have enough space compared to previous main road building.
Have enough car parking space. Located opposite road to previous branch . Bit walk inside.. not far..

Very active CM and the whole team is fantastic in customer service

Feedback: Not a good place of proper work on time. The bank is filled with senior citizens and lazy people who always delay their work and make us to stand in a long que. I hope the bank department should replace their staff with younger citizens.

The manager here Mohsin and colleagues Rani, Rohit were all very helpful and sanctioned the loan in a very short time. They understood the situation and took the things on their hands and helped us out. Very lovely people ! Thanks all at the branch!

This banks real manager is attender only , he acts like the ceo of sbi , if we ask anything he acts like don , already complained about attender to ombudsmen regarding his behaviour , even manager is scared of him
