Lazy staff with lots of ego and attitude. For opening an account they will take 2 days that too after submission of all documents and their behaviour with customers (Including senior citizens) is worst.

Why this bank is in 1st Floor ?
We have to take stairs to reach up and causes lot of trouble to senior citizens to climb up there , shift to Ground floor location
