Staffs appear to be new and do not have enough knowledge for a nice customer experience. I felt the same old saying about Govt banks. So many questions and time for withdrawing just 2k. Irritates such a experience.

I called for asking the personal information about the loan but the Branch Manager Number is Mentioned Wrong in the Website 🙄 So please look into it.

Irresponsible employee Ankitha, such a rude Behavior, Worst employee I have ever seen.
Being a public servant, she don't know how to respond with customers, I don't know why branch Manager doesn't notice this. She acts as a Cheap Foreigner, and she don't know regional Language also, Except her all other employees are OK.
