Corporation Bank

At the time of my a/c opening, 10 years ago, several helpful staffs were there. But now
scene is changed..Recently I visited branch for net banking. One old officer was there. I left my passbook in home.So I asked him, "I know the last five digits of my a/c no. will you tell me full no.? He answered arrogantly. Then I recalled my number and I told. After that I showed him vijaya bank's mobile banking app.
and I said I want to install your mobile banking app. And I realized that this fellow know nothing. Only show off...bad customer service..

poor bank no proper services are availble .. they will kill our day ..

It's ok but not bad

Haven't tried banking with them, so not sure about the service

Govt sector bank. Services are ok.

Very RUDE staff. NO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS at all. They dont even have knowledge of there own banking system. For simple work, they keep us waiting for more than 2 hours, as staff will be busy in chitchatting with clerks and sweepers in bank. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

NEITHER THEY ALLOW US TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT NOR THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.
If any one planning to open an account, THINK TWICE.
