Karnataka Gramin Bank

I am account holder of this branch (Gandhi Nagar) from the day the bank opened. Very nice service. But employees recently employed still learn lot more about customer care in my view.

Workers in the bank are not good in mulbagal branch lazyness too much in the worker of this mulbagal pkgb they do not work of people's they work for salaries......😭😭😭😭😭 Finally useless employers in this (mulbagal) pkgb branch

The best bank for both Rural n Urban class.

Mobile ATM services rendered by the bank during demonetization was very much appreciated by all the customers who were able to utilize the services rendered.👌👌👍👍

I am account holder In sanganahal branch. Which has worst staff. Not providing service to the customer. And not entering the transaction in the books giving reasons like printer is not working, come next week. Not giving details about deduction. If custorme asked for details they are arguing with customer. I request H.O and higher authorities look at issue. rural customer are facing more problems with the staff.

Worst service.Evan after making 50 calls to toll free number, I did not get response.If you lost card it's really hell to block card.Poor service.By difficulty after spending half day,my call connected,and blocked card.But on next day transactions happened on that card.Really hell to connect the help line again.That helpline numbers was busy again.I send sms as they said to block the card,but no response.They have to understand that bank is surviving with customers.I want to filled case against this in consumer forum.

I applied for education loan in 2019 December , till now they didn't proceed it and they didn't give response about my loan , this bank is sucking blood of students ...
