State Bank of India

I love State Bank of India as their branches are available on most part of the world & this branch have 2 deposit, 3 withdrawal machine & 1 passbook printing machine.

Very bad experience. No queue system. Polite people who is waiting for their turn will end up waiting forever. Frustrated staff shouting at customer for no reason is very common. Appreciate if Bank takes some action in arranging queue system.

The staff are providing good customer service, however there is shortage of staff. I took more than 8 hours and 3 visit for me to opened NRI A/C. 1 star for the staff.

This bank is full of AC and well maintained bank and all machines and other things they repair it regularly

Worst bank I have ever visited.....Everytime customers are waiting in queues.....most of the managers will be not present at working hours....Top level SBI should take care of those things....They have to visit all the branches to check whether they are providing better services to their customers or not....Customer service In bhatkal branch is really very bad

I am a customer of this sbi branch. Worst customer service, arrogant staff fight for no reason but now I am surprised one lady staff I think she is new here speak with customer politely and help them listen to their queries we need this kind of employees in this branch few of the old employees in this branch very arrogant especially old lady always speak like she is fighting with them no politeness completely disrespectful to many people I have seen. I gave 3 stars just because of one new employee

Well maintained bank with good staffs

It’s the worst bank in Bhatkal. Staffs there are so rude and not helpful at all. They feel as if they own the bank. Very poor customer service. No matter how many times u visit there, you cannot expect any good service unlike any other bank in Bhatkal. Sadly we have no other option but to stick here for the scope this bank has (not this branch)
