State Bank of India - Main Branch

I had visited this branch many times when government transaction are generated offline. The bank have a large space and available many counters but if you are New than no one can help you as you asked to any person of bank than its shows only rules not a suggestion. Still you require a transaction than go early as possible because it has a long queue every time.

and poor staff performance
its took a lot time for small thing nobody guide well.
and 18 number is counter per jo staff h is very bad men and no help full or touchh language very bad mind your language for senior sitizion and this persion is very slow and poor service.

My money 1Lakh rupees deposited in SBI ATM machine main branch mandvi was stuck and transaction failed and not credited in my account. Next day I complaint in SBI main branch to ATM officer Mr. Mahesh Prasad and Mr. Atul soni and they solved matter in single day. Staff was also polite by nature not felt me as I am in Nationalized bank. Thanks to banking management.

I visited SBI jetalpur branch. Vadodara in the last week of june 22.
Manager Mohammed Iqbal was extremely helpful in activation of my accounts and locker as it was not operated for a long time.
My appreciations to his hard work amd smart work of solving things for customers.

As usual worst experience.. rude behavior of staff... this time counter no. 17 guy behaved rudely.. no proper communication..

Manager didn't even allowed me to step inside his office + rude behavior of working Staff.

There is always server problem,printer problem, lazy staff no one want to work, and they are paid through our money and we have to work for them to do our work and deal rude behavior.

The bank is at mandvi panigate Road this the first branch of sbi at baroda the building is the part of najarbag Palace in this premises their are other two branches one is nri branch which conduct foreign exchange business nri deposit second branch is government business branch handling govt work treasury work accepting govt challans
