The lady sitting at the chequebook issue counter had no sense of talking. She was just simply sitting and doing nothing. Her reply to us was very rude...why is Dena bank hiring such employees with no sense of talking

Worst staff behaviour

The experience is great. The staff and the officers are good and helpful. My mom was once in a time crunch to send an RTGS, they helped her to send the amount quickly as possible.

A good for availing banking services. This branch of BOB is very good.
Only the ATM should be properly maintained otherwise it is all nice
