Good service

Staff is not helpful

Having smooth fair n sober experience since 40years

Too much red tapes. Most staff not cooperative. Atmospher is too lousy and overly crouded with Sr. Citizens who visit to collect pensions. Quality of service is missing lots of empathy.

I would not prefer to continue with the bank unless they improve on services and staff. Less than 50% of the automated machines are out if order.

Humble request please improve.

I am greatly disappointed with SBI Card Services. I am visiting the office pysically for my problem from last many months as well as mailed online too but I didn't get any solution. In spite of closing my card and paid all the dues well in advance I am continuously getting mails for paying outstanding which is not at all applicable. I reported the issue immediately but due to their delay in action the amt. is increasing day by day as per their interest system. They are just money making people and not willing to provide any support.
If you are taking card they will show all sweet stuffs but when you will face problem, they will avoid you on calls and in many other ways. I warn and suggest not to go with such poor service providers who don't understand and solve your problem.Even they take benefit of such condition too as my example is there. They are cheater in my views.
