Very disgusting service by the officials. The bank has always problem with their printing machine. So we can't get out transaction entries printed in our passbook. If everything is ok, then they use their powerful weapon , server is down. So we have to again come to the next day. This problem is being there since last couple of years. Yeah that's true fact.
The staff of the bank is very rude. They didn't bother to answer your questions in proper manner. They think themselves to be the king of that place. The way in which they answerers to your questions is very disgusting.
Overall the bank is not very much hygeine.
The manager of the bank also didn't bother to pay attention on the complaints from the customers. He is always busy with his phone calls.
