SBI Naranpura Branch

Excellent performing Branch. Staff and Branch Officials have been always very co-operative.
Yes, ATM had some issues at 3 different locations this morning.

Poor n worst service..there is not enough staff.it often takes 30 minutes because there is long n only one queue for all services. There is always one SBI person available for all services. Must take more staff to avoid inconvenience.
Poor n bakvas management.please not go for this branch.

To be improved on customer requirement.

Bank staff is very friendly and they are always give their best to help you. Very spacious and with all ATM facilities. But problem is their branch opening time is 10:00 am but they are never ever on time. It start working near about 10:30 am. They must be on a Lunch break in the morning. There are no Heavy lines of customers so that's the best part.

I have visited naranpura branch yesterday, Branch manager and staff is very helpful and effectient. Thank you all for looking after us.

The working system and management is worst i have never seen this type of management anywhere
The manager at current has rejected my form due to a photo of 2.5 months ago and have no manners to talk to a customer.
I must advice you to not to have any a/c in naranpura branch.

Worst bank ever. No one works fine here. So mannerless and no one helps correctly. All they wanna do it sit and that's it. I don't wanna visit once again.

Worst. Not a single staff is helpful . I don't know what's wrong with them , they just think themselves centre of universe . If you ask about something and didn't get what they said they'll just make you more confused plus won't help . In simple words #timepassing
