I am Megnath Gautam, I am the account holder of Bank of Baroda, regularly i do maintain,my accounts, I had required some fund and i had request with Bank of Baroda online process after I had got replied with call center to I can visit Bank of Baroda, Main branch of Jabalpur right town, because of i am not in my hometown. 11 am they have given time to visit the branches,
11 am i reached the branch and i have told to Branch Manager Pradeep Kumar to about the my visit but even he doesn't want to see my any documents and he doesn't wants to listen my anything, straight said banks doesn't allow outsider people any loan.
This is the standard of Bank of Baroda? Either call Center doesn't have correct information or Branch Manager is not trained? Branch Manager body language is very bad, Bank of Baroda should look into this Matter. Its really very bad behaviour and bad experience of Bank of Baroda. I hope Bank of Baroda should look into this matter, hope trained the staff and treat like humanities.
Bank of Baroda Right Town Branch Manager Pradeep Kumar behaving like we are his enemy. Bank is giving loan but he feels his money he is giving the loan. Its totally bad experience.

Worst services they are not responding to phone calls and when they respond they put call on hold worst services

Very bed staff of Chhani Jakat naka -Vadodara Branch
including Manager MP Sing also misbehave to customer,
you can do any thing I don't mind

Service of staff is very nice.....you can choose bank of baroda for ease of banking
