Even when SBI destroyed in crises of 2015 they didn't increase size of it. Always queue in all the counters I have always found overload.

Service is nice but what's use of it?
When it makes us out of time.

Kindly improve it. This is not 1990's or make loan installment paying process online.

Worst experience. Did not expect this from an government bank. Employees fail to reply to the customers question. And lastly most of the time the servers were't working.
