Highly professional bank with some efficient and hard working employees, unfortunately struggling with NPAs .

Bank of India, having it's head office in Mumbai, is having wide range of branches mainly in the northern, central and southern part of the country. It is a nationalised bank offering banking services to its customers.

That do provide excellent service to It's customers. Huge credit goes to their staff

Good service but some time very rush in the bank

Not Receive call to any time , Very bad.... Slow process
