One of the worst bank and one of the worst branch of Sbi in surat.. Taking people & their problems so lightly...All the employees at these branch are chilling whole time and taking their govt job for granted, these guys doesnt care what the other man is facing due to their carelesness.. Pathetic people they're.. Better not to have a Govt bank if its SBI.. People dont even think of opening an account here, private banks are much better than this atleast they do care for their customer than these hopeless people..Highly Disappointed !!

SBI service is not at all good

If possible I wouldn't even give a single star to this branch.Worst customer service ever.Employees are not interested in properly guiding you at all.

Poor working of bank
Just passing to one counter to another

And it's personal bank for their employees relatives providing passbook printing facilities after their usual time, if you are relative of employees you can easily get passbook services after 11 p.m.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Poor management. A typical government bank with no support for customers.

As always lajji staff and ATM not working properly
