Very rude staff, customer are treated very unprofessionally, had bad experience from mrs Darshna Purohit.
Pathetic customer support.
Avoide visit unless necessary, as it make your day bad.

One of the government bank in vidyanagar.
Helpful staff members.
Need to retire some old staff members it is very slow at working.

Machines Are not working at ATM. STAFF IS RIGID. Govt Bank is working effectively.

As always SBI working culture is like government structure very lethargic working staff. Behavior very rude no proper response and never solve problems.

Largest PSU bank spreaded over country having full of incompatible, disobedient, arrogant, shameless & dumb staff. They are not even bothering about trouble faced by pansioners, senior citizens & others. Always heavy croud in branch but they don't even bother to open an extra counters, no vigilance, no acceptance of customer feedback. Some staff not even know how to operate banking system & resolve customer issues. The support staff is more than the permanent bank staff though no improvement in services. You can find their ideology in one of my uploaded image which says "I (customer) am the I in SBI", that means State Bank of India tries to say first comes the State (i.e. S) then comes the Bank (i.e. B) & LAST comes the customer (i.e. I) & just ignored India. So BANK has superior priority then CUSTOMER & neglected the country. Its clear they are not going to change, so avoid visiting bank untill you can make your work through your net banking. WHILE LOCK DOWN WAS GOING ON ,ME AND MY HUSBAND HAD GONE TO CANCEL CREDIT CARD AFTER SEEING FRAUD CHARGES DEDUCTED ON THE CARD WHICH WAS 128.25 AROUND RUPEES. OUR CARD WHICH THEY ISSUE NEW THEMSELVES BY INCREASING LIMITS WAS ACCEPTED BY UNAUTHIRUZED PERSON .I HAD SAID SEVERAL TIMES THAT I DO NOT NEED CREDIT CARD YET THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED.THOSE WHO ARE TAKING OR USING CREDIT CARDS AND NOT PAYING THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTIONS ON THEM BUT UNNECESSARILY MAKING HARRASHMENTS TO WELL EDUCATED AND QUALIFUED PERSONS JUST SO ATTITUDE THAT WE ARE AUTHORITIES AND WE WON'T DO YOUR WORK.I HAD SUBMITTED CANCELLATION APPLICATION IN 2020 STILL NOT ACCEPTED AND DONT KNOW HOW THE CHARGES ARE APPEARING ON CARD AND THEY ARE DEDUCTING FROM SAVING ACCOUNT DIRECTLY .THIS TIME THEY DEDUCTED 588.53 AROUND MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT.SCAM TO COLLECT MONEY FROM REPUTED PEOPLE.WHEN WE WENT TO BANK SOME THIEVES LIKE PEOPLE DRESSED UP IN GOOD CLOTHES CAME TO THE BANK RIGHT AFTER ONE CLOTHES SHOP WAS ROBBED AND ONE MAN WENT DIRECTLY TO BANK MANAGERS CABINE AND DID SOMETHING TO HIS COMPUTER.

Such third class....management system....Zero rating .....staff behaving so rudely & there is no proper work system.
