Very poor response.not a single customer number or online complaint portal

One of worst bank in my experience. And the worst service. They debite money of the account holders from there account without any payment. When we ask they says that's the mistakes of system. Even they are very slow in recovery.

I have given one star with heavy heart. Hell is more better than this place. Employees are irresponsible and non-cooperative. Never open an account in this bank.

Generally all the bank staff in my branch are not cooperative and their services are very bad people visit it only in duress because there is no Bank near by.
When you go to encash cheque they say you go to CPC counter running just under it's nose entries are made at CPC and money comes from the bank for payment.
When you ask for a fresh passbook you are told that it's not available and whenever you go to update the passbook you are always told that it's printer is not working.
When i questioned the branch manager and the cashier of the said bank told me not to talk further and get out of the bank immediately this is the behaviour of a bank manager and cashier of a bank towards its customers and they also challenged me to get lost and report the matter to whom ever i feel like.
A complaint to this effect was made to the regional manager of the bank immediately but no action has been initiated against the bank staff of the said bank till date.
Now i realise why the bank staff not only barked at me and told me to get out of the said that immediately but also challenged me to report the matter to whom ever i feel like because he knew that nothing will happen to him.

It's open all the day of week except Saturday & Sunday, And that too alternate Saturday's will also open in every month.

Quick and well service .Lack of resources but prompt service than other nationalised banks.

Very accessible place to reach here,
building structure is nice. Near by it there is a HPCL petrol pump and close to it a restaurant named bangs.
Highly priced poor quality.
