Bad service .

There's one person whose Name is Md. Tuffail, he's working there as a employee of BOB, He taken my Number from mine Account Opening Form and always he disturb nd irritate me.

It's one of the branch who is providing very bad service with rude employees who cannot give a friendly answer of simple question.
My cousin brother went to exchange damage currency, bank staff told me that they will do exchange but if the damage note will get return from head back office. Then they will return the damaged currency note. My brother is farmer and he is residing 20 km far from bank location. In case, if bank will return the damage currency, then he need to come back to back. In this case, he need to spend half of the money for bus fare of damage currency amount.
Is this right to spend extra money to get exchange note from bank. This is kind of inconvenience causing to customer.
