This place is one of the most important place while going to tehri. Situated around 65 km from the famous place rishikesh , this is the heart of the district. Many tourist while their char dham yatra ho via this route to gangotri and yamunotri. Chamba taxi stand facilitates all kind of vehicles from this place to all parts of the distrcits.

The major problem visiting this place is the main taxi stand is on road side, there is not seperate stand, vehicles are usually parked along side road.

It's parking for commercial passenger cabs for nearby town and villages. Reasonable price (Negotiable) for booking and fixed for regular services
