Horrible place with damp and dark areas all over. You'll easily find a good number of dogs hanging around on both the floors of parking. There is often sewage water logged here and there. Very few security guards for looking after the cars. Lifts are often nonfunctional and the stairs have huge pile of Paan leaves and stains.
