Nice place to read,good books,old not latest but yeah its enough to start ,AC hall ...,u can read there for free and be a member with 500 rs for a year to issue 2 books for a month....

Worst policies. Library was filled with arts and literature books. Science, commerce and competitive books were not available. More than 90% books were in Hindi and they don't allow books from outside. sitting space is pretty much small.
