Best place for UPSC, Tnpsc and other aspirants. You can get a exclusive study hall and separate floor for the students who can study with their own books. And they can use newspaper and journals section. Not only students anyone can make use of this library. At entrance you have to sign in register to go inside the library. After the general hall you can notice a good number of all reference books, story books,novels etc in the reference section. Inside that section you can take only note,pen. You should keep your other belongings at the entrance section ( while keeping your bag you are advised to take ur valuables like phone and others with you)

One of the best libraries in Madurai. Variety of books are available and can be read without much noisy atmosphere. Friendly treatment with love stands out of here. A must visit place for book lovers.

Place Is very good but we can't able to digest the discrimination Here.there is no clear rules and regulations ,the rules changes according to the mind of librarian (mala),which is mostly gender based . There is no place for discussion

The maintenance is really good...they have lot of books for people who write govn. Exam for both state and central and also the books for people who have aim to join forces...

I have lot of books to donate... I am unable to reach madurai central library people as their number is wrong... Please suggest how to reach them.

Spacious place and clean. Mostly competitive exam preparation students can use now for self study. Other books are not allowed to read Due to Covid.

Books all are available here.. but some staffs are not in time.. so they can't open the place and I can't study at particular time. Good atmosphere. But they won't allow to take book to home.. so I can't use that book efficiently
