Harekrushna Mahtab State Library

The library is situated opposite to the keshari talkies.To visit the library you must have to have the membership card for which you shall have to bring the certificate of your course along with the passport size photo and the copy of aadhar card Xerox.
The membership fee is rupees 225 for beginners.
Here students and professors of various universities flock together. Staffs are very good and friendly,really.

I found the place interesting but as it requires a membership to enroll hence shall update more after doing so. My first experience wasn't good. The staff weren't well behaved. There is a serious lack of people of good speech. The staff of evening shift couldn't utter anything clearly rather spoke some nonsense and went away.

It's a big library in the state,location is good but you will not get membership so easily because here staffs will not give you complete information at once at the time of registration.

Located opposite to Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) and it is Orissa state library. It also has British information Center in the ground floor. It is having holiday on Saturday and Sunday due to COVID . Unfortunately I went on Sunday and it was closed. Need to go and explore may be on working days. I want to have membership and I do not know any information once I take the membership I will update it.
