Yuvareshmi library and CPIM party office which also serves asked a landmark in this area. The yuvareshmi library was established more than 30 years ago which makes it the most recognisable landmark of this area. The library is situated at the ground floor and the first floor is used by CPIM Party office. The library gets many regular visitors who come here regularly to read the newspapers magazine and also books. The library also act as a Symbol of Unity of the people living in this area. This library maybe old with limited resources but it hold a lot of values for the peoples of this area. The library conduct it's anniversary every year which enables all the residents in this area to come together and celebrate it like a festival of their place which I personally believe that it show of the unity of people living in this area. The anniversary functions are really fun with lots of games and activities which allows everyone to have a good time along with their friends and family members. So in my opinion I can say that altho the library may seem a little bit small and shabby but it holds a value which is very precious to residence of kollerithazham.
