To be frank, I adore that place just to be there and mind our own business. It is a reading room and does its job, but there are some newspapers and magazines that have psc questions. People who came to read were nice as well as cooperative. Can't say the best place to read as there is this constant honking of vehicles that irritates sometimes other than that all good.
