established in 1868 as per the records in the library! It is in a very dilapidated condition. Neither the books are in good condition, nor is the library. Even the staff is not aware about the books, their genre and the timeframe of books. Being an evidence of such rich historic significance, such deteriorated condition is not what we expect from a place like this.
