Deposits through machine andworking good and two cash counter are there only one is run and net Banking also available and beside also ATM is there and manager also very helpful to the people and another workers are good mainly security is very Very helpful to People who don't know Banking he gives instructions it's good bank

It's located at the heart of the city Chintamani with sufficient, professional, well managed, service oriented staff.All the customers are very well treated by completely listening to their grievances even at peak crowded hours with maximum patience and provide innovative solutions.The bank premise is spacious and people can sit and wait until their work gets done.Having such a wonderful bank in chintamani is really gracious.All the customers are equally treated without any prejudice.Totally bank and the branch is awesome!!

Very worst bank and services. The employees behave as If customers are begging for bank accounts and they owe money to the bank while In contrast customers are making transactions in turn providing livelihood to the bank.
The work culture is pathetic. They need to realise they work for customers/publics. Without the public you won't even get ur salaries, eventually you'll lose ur jobs and the bank will go under loss and will be closed just like sbm. Remember this again you work for customers and not vice versa. Be respectful and helpful people.
I visited HDFC Bank which is 100% opposite to this bank's work culture. They are so respectful and customer oriented they even help you with even small doubts/queries one on one. I'm glad I closed my account in Karnataka Bank.

Good staff we'll get information easily

Pathetic service and worst staff , very rude with the customers to issue debit card asking to come after a week not even providing information how to apply it online

Worst staff and they treat customers as third rated citizens.
Make you wait for unnecessary reasons and try to complicate every transaction in whatever way possible. Every staff has the same attitude and manager feels he is supreme on Earth and does not have helping Nature.

Its very crowded throughout the day.
Surrounding villagers visit this bank most because it is located near private bus stand. Everything is ok, but need more seating facilities to the customers, senior citizens and villagers need more guidence and help. The most important thing is THEY SHOULD MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO FILL THE WITHDRAWAL FORMS AND PAYIN SLIPS to the uneducateds and illiterates who attend the bank every month .
