Highly unprofessional staff.
Payment is of utmost importance than patient care.. I'm visiting for a consultation and the doctor is still not in the center but the receptionist (Sonam) made me pay first. The money isn't running anywhere, comfort the patient first. And if the hospital is so worried about money then please put up a board that pay first.

I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 for the effort taken up by the hospital team to check for the concern. Appreciate that.

Dr. keshav Nathani is incredible. Not only he has taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend him if anyone need any consultation for "Maxillofacial, Head and Neck" related surgery and problems, can go for Max noida and consult with Dr. Keshav Naithani.

Dr.Keshav threats patients as family members and take good care of you and moreover he is highly experienced and skilled.

came here for my wife renula surgery. all the staff was very professional and courteous. they ensured all our pre post tests and all the appoinment were done in a timely mannner and very smoothly.

I have been there for Annual health check up. Nice attends. Qualified technicians well equipped. Well organised. Complementary breakfast was well cooked. Reports for diagnosis were delivered within 6 hours. Higene is prioritise here. Check out for yourself.

I visited in Nov2022 for preventive healthcare checkup
- Location, Infrastructure, Doctor is good

- On Saturday they have accepted much more test than they can do
It lead to chaos and few patients have to reschedule which is inconvenient and unprofessional.

Its not bad but recommend if other option available use that as this is not a preferred choice.

Gone for health checkup.. takes lot of time in getting things done, not at all organized..
You need to keep on persuading staff to even get the required file..
They asked me to wait for 2.5 hours and later said that it's not possible to do the ultrasound test for the day..
If you get few days dedicated for health checkup then go for this.

Much better service are expected.

I visited the dental department and met Dr. Keshav there. Trust me when I say this, he is not only a great doctor but also a great human being who cares for his patient and goes extra mile to make sure I get necessary support. I underwent a surgery under his supervision and the entire process was well managed. Despite some wait which is understandable, he always took care of me.
I felt more like a family member and less like a patient.
Kudos to the entire team out there specially Dr. Keshav, Dr. Meenal, Dr. Manisha and rest of the staff.

After waiting for more than 1 hour, front desk executive Ms. Bennet realized that I am a walking patient. This us the first hospital I have visited that allows parent to book amount and can come anytime and still get the preference even if they appear after the booking slot. Never seen such a shameless staff in Max, Ms. Bennet broke all records.
