There is no proper system for appointment at this hospital. They don't know how to manage time and given appointments. Especially when you have to visit in some emergency. You wake up early in the morning and keep calling this hospital for appointment, they will give evening's time, and in the evening also there is no certainty whether you will meet doc on the given time or not. Staff at reception will always indicate you to pay bribe to them for quick appointment. If you have extra money to pay to them, you will be lucky to get quick appointment.
01-01-2018: Kept trying hospital's number from 6am to 7:45am, it was switched off. At 7:45am, call got connected but unfortunately they said that today's appointments are full. So try again or visit personally to buy the appointment.
Request to Dr. Deependra, please look into this. People are genuinely suffering due to this unmanaged system.

Staff is very cooperative but Dr. Dwipendra don’t have best knowledge. During my child admission he could not control the situation till 20 days, just made the trails on my kid. Then i changed hospital based on my experience and another doctor recovered the case within one day. So my experience was not good.
Yes but Dr. Renu is the best for maternity case.

Worst eye hospital in bijnor ! Doctor doesn't pay much attention to the patients . They made very unfinished glasses even though they are overpriced and when i again went to the doctor to complain about them , he didn't listen properly and send me away . Rather than visiting it , consider other hospitals !

Never visit this hospital,very worst staff, management, no corona protocol, even Dr. Renu is the worst gynic that I have ever seen. Being a gynic she doesn't know how to talk with a pregnant lady. I would strongly recommend :- never consult with Dr. Renu

It's good for child ,, good lady doctor, , baby nursery, , emergency services,, , center of city ,, safe area,, but little problem with housekeeping services, , management should consider that it's not upto the mark....
