One of the best place for diagnostic test

Dr schedule is very short . You have to wait for a long time. There is no emergency services. Staffs are also careless and irresponsible for patients and there is no service for drinking water. So expensive services.

The staff behaviour is so rude and all of them have no manners at all. They talk so rudely to everyone. Don't know about the facilities but you don't have any right to talk rudely to anyone. Disgusting behaviour. And also they have zero common sense. I wonder whether they've got their basic education or not. Worst diagnostic centre ever. From the guards to senior staff each and everyone is so worst class. I wish I could give zero stars or minus ratings. I will never recommend it to anyone. Learn some manners guys. Disgusting.

This center takes too much time to start testing for ultrasound similarly takes same time to handover report.

They take too much time to give report of MRI, CT-Scan and X-Ray, Service is too slow staff behaviour is not good, they take approx 3 hour to give a report.
When you enter in ground floor you will feel suffocation.

Not so good also available another options for poor peoples so costly service provider

I came at 8:30 for my mother's abdominal ultrasound then came to know that doctor (who used to visit at morning is absent today) and need to wait for 2nd doctor at 11 AM. Nurse asked every patient to gather in gallary at 10:50 AM but doctor not started ultrasound activity at 11 AM. Pateint want to go for urine but they told not to go. Waited till 11:30 and still no clue about doctor. When I enquired then I got to know that doctor is preparing report for yesterday scan. Due to this patients had to wait for 1 hr forcely stopped urine and then doctor called at 11:50 AM. All nurses and staffs are unprofessional and dont know how to talk. They must go for professional training on how totalk with patient. Really Worst experience.

Worst diagnostic center i have ever been to. Due to the covid emergency situations they booked the slot for ultrasound of my wife, but when reaching the lab, they again took all the details and let us wait with all the people gathered around for the same thing.
This type of diagnostic centers should be banned by the people, they make all the appointment first on phone and then while you come to the center at the given time, they only forward the profile when everything is paid for. This is happening with each and every public seating here at the center. Am posting this while am at the center and the situation is worst here. If the diagnostic centers cant follow the covid norms and book the slots through calls then why are they even operating. However due to such money minded labs and diagnostic centers all the doctors sometimes get blamed for the same while the main fault is of the Management of this KG diagnostic center.
