Popular Hospital Varanasi

One of the worst Hospital in Varanasi. All Doctors are having fake Degree with 0 years of experience. Mr. Kaushik (owner of Hospital) and other Corporate staffs does not care about patients and thinks about only money making.
If patients has insurance from Govt. or PSU's Patients are treated as Money making machines. There are many things which I want to highlight here based on my personal experience.
1> No qualified and trained Doctors.
2> No Life saving equipment's (Good working condition Ventilators, Monitors) are available in hospital.
3> No power backups. In case of power cuts, there is no power supply even for patients with Ventilator support in ICU's.
4> Doctors and Staffs posted in ICU's does not maintain personal hygiene. They eat drink and do party inside ICU's. Even after multiple complaints they don't listen and if you reach out to Management for this, your patient will be illtreated as a result.
5> Doctors and Staffs posted in ICU thinks that patients admitted in ICU are just the source of income and cannot be cured. So, they let them to die.

There are hell lot of things about this hospital to convey.
I request to all common people not to visit this hospital. As once patients gets in to this hospital, their dead body will only come out.

Very bad hospital no doctors are available on time. They only know how to make money form patient.
Doctors hardly explain anything related patient to his family members.
If they came to know that Patient has have PSU insurance then they start making money out of it. If relatives try to understand or ask anything from doctors, start slow down the treatment of patient.

Specially sisters are very rude in behaviour. Instead of making family members understand the treatment, they keep them in dark and explain nothing.

Doctors during year 2021 were quite good specially Dr. Pankaj but he left the hospital... Good doctors can't stay here.

Treatment and patients care is very good. Cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital is not good at all. Patients' cots, mattress and linens are not acceptable and need special attention. Washrooms of general ward OPD area are not in usable conditions.

Our staff was admitted in this Hospital at the date 05/12/2022 due to the urinary pain. He want to take best treatment from the specialist of urology Dr A.K kaushik, But he completely admited upto 4 days. The hospital's senior staff coming and just seeing to him. He just taken Saline and Normal medicine which was a, Jholchhap doctor also using at their Clinic. After listening him situation I am not feel good. Because he is the Young Boy and the hospital is not able to the best treatment for the young Person, so this is not a specialist of this Popular. As per this situataion while he on the Bed, he go the CEO office and had tell all the problem, but that CEO said to him , if you not comfortable in this hospital so make all the bill payment and go to the Another hospital. What is the manner of the CEO. Too much bad and hurting word they have used, if CEO say's like that, then what purpose they had to Open this superspeciality hospital. I never ever recommend to anyone go this like this Hospital. After discharge atleat doctor also have to visit the patient but nobody visited and while he admited Just on Doctor came Dr Dinesh he came and just seen to him and ahead. Dr. A.K Never visited for Treating the patient. So much Shameless staff, Doctor and as well as CEO also.

Popular hospital give best treatment to my wife in gyane department all the staff and doctor are very good behavior.

Good Facilities?? ... It is one of the top 5 hospitals of Purvanchal, here all types of good doctors are All staff is very good and services is so good thank you for all opd staffs my pt name pinki kumari opd pt.

Absolutely rubbish hospital, my mother's benign tumor surgery was done there. They left a part of tumor and stitching was done after the incision made wound we seek to the other doctor. They are only money minded and they also prescribe a bad quality of medicine. And they suggest to do more and more expensive blood test.
