It was good experiences and all nursing staff are very caring and experienced . All Doctors are very experienced , specially Dr.YV Singh -Orthopedic Surgeon very experienced and intelligent and capable to handle all critical Orthopedic cases .I rate this hospital as 5Star .

The hospital is a general hospital which takes care of most ailments. You can trust the Doctors and Staff in the hospital. The Staff is very co-operative and understanding. The Staff guides the Patients very well. The Doctors are very good and knowledgeable. Just a small feedback, the Doctors should also learn and improve the way, the Staff deals with Patients. I believe that if they do so then the hospital will grow further. A Patient just expects transparent treatment from the hospital. I believe that the total basic cost of treatment (including consumables, pharmacy etc.) should be same irrespective of whether the Patient has insurance policy. This transparent and standard pricing will greatly enhance the trust of Patients in the hospital. There is no dearth of good Doctors and good hospitals in the tier-1 cities. A hospital can create it's USP and brand by winning the trust of Patients. There is no better marketing than the word of mouth marketing. Just a suggestion from my side, I wish the hospital to keep doing the good work and grow further.

My uncle (Goutam Roy) had met with an accident. The upper part of the leg (head of femur) got fractured. He had undergone the major surgery by Dr. Ankur Singhal and his team. All the Doctors were extremely professional and the recovery can be seen within 2 days.. Thanks for co operation & support from all staff of nurses, doctors for giving nice treatment. The stay in hospital felt like a home stay. Doctors and nursing staff are very informative and transparent.. Good Luck and Keep up the good work. Really appreciate.

Go to this hospital only for gynae problems and for child birth....Dr Raka Singh is the best gynae in vaishali. PLEASE AVOID HER HUSBAND WHO IS A ORTHO DOCTOR...HIS NAME IS DR. YV SINGH...HE HAS ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF ORTHO AND IS JUST HUNGRY FOR YOUR MONEY...HE IS THE WORST DOCTOR IN INDIA....HE IS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT ALSO HE HAS ZERO RESPECT FOR LADIES AND OLD PEOPLE.

This hospital is as on average. It is a very small hospital but have good experienced doctors for normal treatments.

Dr. Raka singh the gynecologist her behavior is too rude ..she thinks the patients are just normal people and only she is the best no mam every one has own respect u can't treat like them .pese dekr aapse treatment lete hai free me nahi

Dr YV Singh is mannerless person and don't know how to behave with female patient.
His behavior is pathetic as per his age.

He makes people fool and charges extra amount at last moment of surgery.

Doctors are good but the interior of the hospital needs doing up. Also it is located in a very busy and shallow market area.
