Platinum Hospital Mulund

The hospital was Excellent..the docters were very helpful.They also provide good healthcare and service.Talking about security guards they are strict but it has be cause its a Hospital not a zoo. My dad MR. PARMANAND PATIL was admitted there for angoplasty and i am very much satisfied with results. I show some pics of their private room and i guess its very budgeting. You got all Fortis treatment here so why go to Fortis and waste your money

Today I accompanied to my relative, he had OPD appointment with Cardiologist Vinay Borwal at Platinum Hospital Mulund at 10.30 am. Dr came at 11..fine. However till 1.00 pm we didn't receive any call after multiple enquiry, then losed my patience and raised voiced on one staff and then only allowed to see Dr at 1.15 pm ( after waiting for 2.45 hrs)

My question...
- Why there is so mismanagement?
- Are Platinum management value the time and situation of patients?
- Also surprised to see birthday celebration (of someone) in Dr Vinays's cabin...where patients waiting helplessly to meet Dr...?
- Why patients are not called as per drs availability?

Do Platinum Hospital have answer for this and any action will be taken to ensure smooth service?

Why any hospital never give us (when we admit) Nwe Toilet pot , urinals pots ?
What is a cost ? 200 or 300 rs
Up to our discharge
Every time new hand gloves , new sui , daly fresh cloths with londry

I was admitted on 25th Jan 23 under Dr. Vinay Bhorwal. Treatment was really good and great experience all staff Doctor, Nurse, mama maushi were extremely good with carring attitude. Hygiene is well maintained. Thank you everyone one.

I was admitted under Dr. Vinay Borwal best treatment given and a good gentle Man. Nursing care was extremely great, soft spoken and timely medicine. Hospital is very neat and cleaned all the time. Overall it was my best experience and thank you all 😊

My brother was admitted under Dr. Vinay Borwal for the treatment of Chest infection, Excellent doctor and humble person. Overall All staff Doctor, Nurses, Mama Maushi were extremly good and carring. Special thanks to Dr. Sameer Kanakiya and Mr. Shoeb Ansari for a best support in the all the possible way. Great experience!

Ok So my sis was admitted for Covid related symptoms (she tested positive in antigen test). She had diarrhoea and vomiting. These were not due to covid but due to gastro. When she was tested negative in RTPCR, they immediately shifted to normal suspected ward. The staff was excellent and helpful in all aspects. On second day, the diarrhoea got worse but the staff especially the domestic help gave her full support. The treating doctor Dr. Kohli was very friendly and talked to the point. She started improving from day 3 and got discharge on 5th day. The cashless facility was smooth and flawless. The billing staff was also equally good. One tip: If you know Marathi, talk to them in Marathi.

Giving 4/5 stars coz my sis said that the day she had bad diarrhoea, the water in main tank was empty. The staff however arranged water but it shouldn't happen in the first place. Other wise i would've given 5 stars.

I am completely satisfied with the Hospital treatment and services. Nursing care is always maintained and very approachable all the time. Mama Maushi are very good in nature and keeping the ward cleaned every time. Mr. Vijay Devadiga was always here with positive vibes and Good person. Thank you platinum hospital staff and keep up the good work.
