I had done piles operation. Had a very good experience with Dr. Sonam. She is a very cooperative doctor, always made me feel that she is my family person.

The nurses are experienced and they take good care. No complains except for the billing team. Please improve the billing dept. The 4 stars are for the RMO doctors, nurses and caretakers. I thank them for taking care of my 5 days baby. May ALLAH bless them...Great work..

I wish there is a zero rating because this hospital deserves that. No doubt Drs are fantastic but the staff specially nursing staff they were rude like anything. let's not about hygiene because it was worst like you can see cockroaches dirt and bugs everywhere. they charge you alot but the amount we pay here is a total wastage. And I'm talking about maternity ward. I've seen alot of hospitals and mostly every hospital has prayer room but when we asked the nurse where can we pray she was like k «itne logon ko namaz padhni hai itne log nahi aap na room ke samne chair lekr padh lo». there is only one chair and we were two.

If you want a general ward then they cost 35000
And if you want a deluxe room they will cost 60000 excluding room charge I didn't understand the difference even when I asked they mentioned we charge like this only

And if you to do medi claim they will take extra 10 percent to provide you the summary.

They don't even provide consultancy receipt

Behaviour not appropriate.

Some staff are good, some wont even come when you are calling multiple time

Giving medicine to patient at night 12 am

Would not recommend anyone

I visited for emergency late night but no Bed available, Such a Disgusting Hospital the Manager behaviour like we are poor person and they not checking the patient also they are saying you just Go away, kindly don't visit here bad service..😡😡💔💔

Only monopoly and generic medicines they are using and very very bad experience of my life please don't admit your patient

The Receptionist talk very rudely to visitor. The lining process for OPD is very bad.

Very good hospital you can call anytime
Lunch and dinner is good taste
Hospital is neat and clean every time
But the medical center are not giving discount any medicines
