My uncle was admitted for 10 days here. All staff were good and cooperative. My uncle was in critical condition but the doctors team were treated 24hrs round the clock and examine every hour. Thanks to doctors and his team of 6 doctors. Special thanks to the sisters. Entire hospital staff was good. My uncle is now out of danger. Thank you all.

Worst Hospital I have ever come across. The Doctor's are Fraud, I had my mom who had stomach ache and when we went to the emergency room. They advised us to get her hospitalized in ICU to stabilize her. During admission process we were told that the ICU charges are Rs.8000 per day for the bed plus doctor visit is different. The next day My mom was stabilized so we ask for discharge. It was not even 12 hours that we were in the hospital for the this period they created a bill of Rs/63,000. They did blood test worth Rs.28,000 and when I asked why this is done without even consulting or informing us. On that the doctor and the admin staff said this is our call

Extremely nice hospital in comparison to the other hospitals in the area. Doctors are very experienced here, with almost every department operating currently. Parking space is also there so you need not worry about it all. Moreover, you will be having enough waiting space in hospital. Nice infrastructure is available here which adds to the pros of the hospital.

Little bit discipline and transparency required over diagnosis and report sharing. Lift alarm noise is too much. Since last 45 days ground floor water cooler and rest rooms are under maintenance...what kind of world class infrastructure talking about. Patient wheelchairs are broken and risky without hand brake. Suggesting administration and facility management to visit other hospitals like Fortis and Jupiter.

Doctors are good. The management and administration is just messed up though.
The processes are quite weird here. For Eg., once the doctor finishes consultation, you then have to head to the main reception, wait in a queue for a while (and sometimes fight through a crowd since some people cut the queues anyways) before you get the doctor's prescription & the receipt for consultation. (By the way, when I finally reached the reception, I was given the prescription while I was asked to wait for the receipt since it would supposedly take more time). The reception continued to witness complete chaos in the meanwhile with people pouring in left and right with all sorts of requests (from first time registrations, to people asking for directions, to people just collecting prescriptions and receipts). All this while the staff at the respective departments reception sit idle asking people to report to the main reception to collect reports, prescriptions and receipts.

I'm not sure why this hospital continues to hit new lows every time I visit. The management needs a complete overhaul, to get back to its earlier days of impeccable care and service. Nowadays, it's just a shadow of its former self.

I recommended this hospital to one of my friends. She had a severe pain. She undergo a proper checkup. later, it was found that she had kidney stone. We worried that she might have to go for Operation. But doctor console us not to be worried. We'll go for a hydrotherapy. Eventually, it was success. Overall one of the best experience we had. Hospital, general ward were properly clean. staff , doctors were well trained and thorough professional. Recommending to all punekar.

Useless,Time waste. Booking appointments in advance is of no use. I booked appointment of 2 pm and still till 5:30 pm I am waiting for doctor. Staff replies doctor is in OT nr emergency. Then why you take appointment. Our time is also valuable not only users. And they take fees in advance so that patient cannot leave without meeting doctor. Worst service. See their rating was reduced a lot due to worst service.
