Rewa Hospital and Research Centre

It somewhat lay inbetween good and bad. Nurse even bai have attitude like Surgeon. Receptionist are good. Hospital is clean and made good. Parking is 300 mtr away from hospital, which is worst in rainy day.

Even in metro cities Dr. doesn’t charge any fee if you visit doctor within 7 day or 15 day of their consultation to show your reports .But here if you visit dr even after only 4 days of their consultation to show your test reports, they charge 300 extra fee just to check your reports .

The fact is there are many blood tests and other test reports which we receive from pathologies only after 4 days ,because sometimes pathology send samples/reports out of state and it takes time to get those reports, then how we will visit dr within 4 days to show reports.

They should have given at least one week or two weeks free visit if patient need to show reports only ,why anyone will pay fee again n again for the test written by dr in that consultation for which he had already paid.

Paisa lootne ki Dukaan, every one has highest amount of attitude while their skills don't match their attitude. No one wants to take responsibility, the charges are as high as any reputed hospital of metropolitan cities. They don't look you as a patient but as a customer.

Very rude behaviour by staff,
No value of patient's time,
Pathetic time management,
Always plan to wait for 3-4 hours after scheduled appointment to see the doctor.

their reception services are not customer friendly, they don't book appointments, if you don't have a file even if you share all the pics of files, behave arrogantly
if from reception you will get that type of service, then how you trust the rest staff

20000/Day charge it takes for ICU and 5000/Day for normal admission bed so expensive

No poor can save their life in this hospital as he won't be able to carry out tye expenses even for a single day

Very bad experience, no proper Dr. Available , they open their own clinic and refer in rewa hospital to earn more money, Dr. Tripathi has no sence to speek with parent or attender. My mother admitted for 3 day for fever but they didn't found why fever is there , and giving Dolo table only , after that I focfully took discharge and took my mom in Nagpur in next 5 days she is well .

Good hospital and good Dr
Also all staff is good supportive
