City Hospital

The worst hospital I've ever been .. Doctors are good but the staff (nurses) are not at all cooperative .. They don't even show some hospitality.. And so much bais can be seen here .. Works are done on the basis of approach. The one who knows the staff member does not have to wait at all but the one who is new to the city and hospital is not even called out for like 3 to 4 hours. Hated this hospital not even worth giving 1 star.

Me and my girlfriend went to this hospital because she felt bad and according to recommendation of another doctor, she had to do Ultrasound check while this hospital was the only one who had Ultrasound available at this time in radius of 4 hours drive.
‭All the doctors there felt really unprofessional and change the version of what they say few times. The main doctor wasn’t infocus of us at all, she just waited to the end of her shift and as it happend, she left and didn’t inform the new doctor at all so that we had to tell all the story again. We done everything according to their instructions wich almos made my girlfriend died. In another hospital we found out that her blood pressure, sodium count and heart bit tempo were dengerously low - we went there because the situation with my her become much worse. We recommend to stay away as long as you love your life.

City hospital is the best hospital in kullu.
Staff is well trained to handle the patient.
Dr. Col. Hemraj ji Gyne. Dr. Baldev Ortho. And all other doctors are very best in their profession. Facilities in the hospital are good. Private rooms has not much space but in average. Hospital is neat and clean.
As per charges compared to other here are
Less.

Very poor services. First word by receptionist was"1500 Rs. Do". And didn't give information about the queue, no sitting arrangements, it took full day for just a ultrasound. Please improve

Very disappointing and also bad in service ... Taking too long and much time for general checkup..👎

The receptionist are very arrogant do not talk kindly when you ask then about if the doctor has come in or not would rudely tell you no and then would say to go sit down in a very unfriendly manner, better go to kullu valley hospital instead.
