SAMARPAN HOSPITAL LALGANJ

Never go to this hospital in critical case. Infrastructure of hospital is good but management is worst. Doctor is not punctual .never comes on time and patient are always waiting for doctor .If we are taking about responsibility then i will give 1 rating. Doctor is good but need to focus on management .In case of medical , every second is important for life if doctors comes 4-5 hr late then it is very disappointing for patients. Please work on it.

Hospital is good.staff is polite and prampt with solving issues.stay was comfortable facilities is clean and well maintained. 24 hours electricity, Ambulance service ,also canteen facilities with fresh food. 24 hours security services and parking area for your vehicle 👍👍

For cleaning we can give some Star but for Hospital can't give single Star also. Very bad experience. Doctor is available only to operate. They won't visit in general/emergency/special ward. Visit if you don't love with your family member

One of the worst behaving staff i would ever come across...... patient dealing is poorly managed

I m not satisfied of this hospital,all staff are illiterate and misbehave,not proper comunication,very crowded area,not a proper sitting arrangement

Staff behavior is very bad, they talk like a goon and use abusive language, they all are almost illiterate. And one most important thing :
#Generally they do not provide bill to the customers and if you will ask for same then they say we do provide bill after 1 day, now I do not understand, if I am making payment today then why should wait for 1 day to get the bill? Will they provide convenient charge to go there again? They all take advantage of being helpless because we go there with patient. And this is a big fault of the owner who keep such staff there who doesn't know how to behaves with guardians and patients. Well you can go for treatment but you need to beg for everything and that is not good.

Very bad service I recommend to everyone pls don't go in this hospital Doctors behaviour is very rude with patients

Hospital is good in terms of infrastructure, services are fine. But there is always a huge delay from doctor.
They called us at 8:30am and started the operation at 11:50pm.
