Andhra Hospitals - Bhavanipuram

One of the worrest hospital in Vijayawada. I am requesting never ever visit this hospital at any cost. They simply loot your pocket by asking various medicine unnecessarily. If you have insurance in one day they can exhaust that limit also. Pls be cautious !!

Incompetent, careless and useless staff.
Ambulance sent with only driver and no medical staff to support emergency patient. We were made to carry on our own.
Billing for things not used.
Recommending unnecessary tests.
Reading out incorrect information.
Allowed to sit in reception waiting hall before paying bills, later not allowed to sit in reception waiting hall after paying bills.
Will not go or recommend this hospital to anyone ever again.
Greedy and incompetent!!!!

Itwas the great experience. Very good hospital.all staff members and doctors are humble and helpful.Every thing was crystal clear from admiting the patient to discharge.We are great full for your services.

Very good hospitality. Consultants are very friendly and nurses are very caring. Overall it's very good experience during hospital stay.

Don't go there for serious case....!!they can handle normal cases they didn't handle serious or emergency cases

I recommend people a "BIG NO" if you're thinking to go there. If Google would allow to rate zero I will give the same. Irresponsible and worst staff behaviour, the test for which we went there requires to take glucose, and these dumbheads don't even have that facility in their pharmacy to sell glucose, which they've informed us after paying the bill and giving the first sample, for that purpose we came out to city since there're no pharmacies near that hospital. Atleast they should've courtesy to inform us prior paying the bill, very erratic behaviour by the front desk and pharmacy employees, lab technician is also not aware that glucose is not being sold in that hospital. Overall experience is worst.

It was an awesome treatment in Andhra hospital especially Dr.B.sunil (orthopaedic surgeon) was giving excellent treatment and management also giving their best
