Very unprofessional, the parcels lie there and are not delivered properly, we had to personally go to the post office multiple times to collect the parcels. The behaviour of the staff was very rude and non cooperative . The basic attribute of delivery should significantly improve to render proper service to the residents in and around Brahmapur area. Highly disappointed with the delivery service and staff's behaviour of this post office .
