Arambag Head Post Office

This is head post office at Arambagh near Arambagh old market ( Arambagh Puraton Bazar). You get all types of facility like speed post, money order, registered post, ATM and lots more. To get facility, you have to wait for few minutes ( sometimes it takes an hour).
Sufficient staffs are not there compare to working pressure. Behaviour of the staffs are not satisfy me.

Not have parking & waiting hall for customers ,rest room is not proper such as quality, need to be clean

Third class service.... Even the delivery persons broke the cover of my parcels many times... This is absolutely a very bad manner. And the behavior of the delivery persons are just vulgar... They have no minimum knowledge to talk with another person. Check your service pattern otherwise it will defame The post office more .

Arambag Head Post Office at Arambagh pc Sen Road here. Every things official facility available here. Arambag Head Post Offices stuff government services and very carefully of costomer service. Overall performance is very good.👍👍👍👍. Because I am very satisfied here.

It is located at Arambagh Puratan Bazar which is well accessed by road, it offers all postal banking facilities & delivery of mails/letters under one roof. It has a small waiting area inside it . Due to lockdown , the office time is reduced , 10 am - 2 pm (Mon-Fri) , 10 am - 12 noon(Sat) .... It also has a passport seva kendra & ATM counter .

Huge transaction. Huge customers. Due to recent pandemic normal proceedings disrupted.
