HERITAGE BUILDING, Constructed in the British era!

It's a very old building. The Writers' Building (Bengali: মহাকরণ (Mahakaran)), often shortened to just Writers', is the secretariat building of the State Government of West Bengal in India. It is located in West Bengal's capital city of Kolkata. It housed the office of the Chief Minister of West Bengal until 4 October 2013. Now most of the departments have moved out to another building named Nabanna in Howrah on a temporary basis for facilitating renovation of the Writers'.

Writers Building Post Office is very important post office. It is said Letter dispatched is very faster from this post office. It is near Dalhousie.

I don't know why people spread fake news about this golden heritage, I came to know that writers building is haunted and I found this on media. Why people do this by spreading this type of news visitors will not visit this beautiful place because of fear and we will face loss, so please don't spread this news I request you.

THE WRITER'S BUILDING :-
CONSTRUCTION OF THIS IMPESSIVE STRUCTURE BEGAN IN 1776. FOR YEARS, THE BUILDING PROVIDED FREE ACCOMMODATION TO EAST INDIA COMPANY'S JUNIOR SERVENTS CALLED 'WRITERS'. IN 1882, THE WRITER BUILDING UNDERWENT TRANSFORMATION ;A STYLE EMERGED, BAROQUE STATUARY WERE INTRODUCED AT THE TOP. TODAY THIS COMPLEX IS WEST BENGAL GOVERNMENT STATE SECRETARIAT.
