Nice post office, staff are well but improvement their services. Communication in Public transport so easy. Auto available from nearest station and bus stop. All facilities are available here. Post master is so helpful. ATM facilities also available this Post Office. Service is average.

Systematic way... Token facility... But need additional counter for MPCM facility... ATM is also attached... Take a token first...

This is the main post office at Belgharia, though there is another post office named South Belgharia. Due to less staffs and huge customer base, some times they failed their commitment and did not serve in the said time.
But, some proper works are there as the token system, ATM card etc.

The savings bank part of the post office is fairly efficient. I would it is even better than some other post offices. As it is one of the head post office, it has to be efficient. The work load is massive here. If you think about coming in on a week day then keep the whole day in hand.

People are not very friendly, but the post-master is helpful enough. The previous postmaster was a genuinely nice person. But the current one is fine as well. You can expect efficiency and work done from here.

Though post office is very magnificent as well as promising to it's account holders, but i went through a miserable experience at this particular branch. I applied for opening of SB account on 1st March 2022 and surprisingly i struggled to get it by 22nd March. Such is the level of service the staffs provide at this branch. (*I experienced excellent and fast service in other branches.)

Worst experience! No one responds... no one updates the status. No one is helpful .. no one will reply to emails calls tweets masseges etc... Often the website doesn't work. No one will tell you anything about the consignment It's suspicious that they had lost the item.... totally hated it ... totally...
