Shyambazar Post Office

Good Service. Infrastructure is not good. One of the busiest Post Office of North Kolkata.

A popular area of the north, shyambazaar still has a age old post office. The building is almost falling down. Build the old architecture is still great with high ceilings and old fans. The ppl working there also seem to have gone into heritage mode, very slow working

Today I went to the post office for sending a registered letter. The post office is big and quite spacious. The staff are friendly and done the job efficiently. I am quite happy with the post office. All service available

They work up to 7:30 for speed post.

Not even eligible for 1 star rating. Rude and arrogant staff, half the time staffs are absent and at other times either link isn't there or staffs are not willing to work. They behave as if they have achieved so much in life

Nice behaviour with the customers. Fully sanitized area. Very less crowd.Proper works done on time .All covid precautions are maintained.All the staffs are helping.No important works are delayed and all the services are fully open.Open from 9 Am to 5 PM.Every time you enter Temperature checks and Sanitization is done.
