We are trying our best to give people all the services.but everything doesn't depend on us.there are many obstacles(link failure etc) that we have to tackle.

Employees are very helpful

Infrastructure is limited. But the staff is very helpful here.

India Post should provide better infrastructure to this place. Firstly, someone put the wrong map location for the Post Office and named it as "Jirat" on Google maps which is absurd. This is a Government Office and is called "Balagarh Post Office" not any other name. Usually only one counter remains open and slips for deposits, withdrawals and speed post aren't being generated currently due to dysfunctional equipment. There is terrible link failure which is odd in 2022. In this age, internet/intranet link failure is a big matter of concern and shouldn't happen. Please employ an expert technician on call.
